Once Upon This Time

Everyone knows the classic princess stories, you know the ones that always begin with “Once Upon a Time”.  Those classic tales of magic, dreams, fantasy, and true love. But do you think those stories still hold up in today’s modern world?  Is there still true love and bibbity-bobbity-boos in this age of smartphones and wifi? Would all those princesses still live happily ever after? Two narrators battle it out in an attempt to answer these questions.  It is “Princess meets Present” when the stories of Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Beauty & the Beast, and Cinderella, are given a modern twist and told Once Upon THIS Time.

Mad Mac

MAD MAC is a re-imagination of one of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies, Macbeth, from the creative mind of playwright, Richard Gremel.  The play, is set in a post apocalyptic world, similar to Mad Max.  After Mac is told by three witches that he will one day rule the "Promised Land" now ruled by King Duncan, he sets out a path for that to become true.  Along with the help from his wife, Lady Beth, Mac murders Duncan and becomes king.  But if the prophesies of the witches are true, his reign as king will be short lived.  As Mac tries to remain king, the Madness around him grows ultimately leading to his downfall.
This play re-imagines Shakespeare's play by placing it in a post-apocalyptic world.  The addition of a chorus that focuses on the madness within, adds extra roles for your cast.
